FAQ

Clear answers before you share sensitive information.

Are you a doctor or a hospital agency?

No. This service provides navigation, preparation, interpretation, and local coordination. Diagnosis and treatment decisions must be made with licensed physicians and medical institutions.

Can you recommend the best hospital or doctor?

I can help you compare hospital types, departments, language support, insurance fit, and appointment pathways. I do not sell hidden referrals or promise access to a specific doctor.

Do you handle emergencies?

No. For urgent or life-threatening issues, call local emergency services or go directly to an emergency department. Concierge support is for planned visits and non-emergency navigation.

Can you translate medical records?

I can help organize and summarize records for communication purposes. Certified legal translation or clinical interpretation of test results may require a qualified translator or physician.

How do you protect privacy?

Only necessary information should be shared, and sensitive medical details should not be posted in public channels. A written consent and privacy note should be used before document handling.

Start carefully

A clearer hospital visit begins before you walk in.

Begin with a navigation call. If the case is urgent, complex, or outside the right scope, you will be told that directly.
